Selling my website through paypal is it safe?

My website is posted at websitebroker and someone offered to buy it ($2500)
Now the question is, is Paypal the safest way to complete this transaction? Could he make a chargeback after receiving the files and domain? Is there any other safer way to complete this transaction without being scammed?

    Is Escrow safer?

Yes, go with escrow bcoz it will take some high fees but your transaction would be secured than paypal

For this big amount i also suggest you to go with Escrow. Paypal is risky if you are dealing with unknown buyer.

    DON.
