I was advertising adsense ads for a couple weeks when I first published the site. It made about $13.00. I later revised the template, and never put the ads back in.

Advertising Done:

700 Directory Submissions from eXe. (valued at $27.00)
300 Directory Submissions from WorldImpulse. (valued at around $100.00)
Submissions from WorldImpulse are of amazing quality, and to high PR sites. Hence why the value is so high.

PR is currently 0. But ive had alot of advertising done, and its predicted to have a PR of 3 - 4 on next update.

I feel that this site has alot of potential.

The directory is powed by phpLD 2, and has a modified template. The logo was custom made, and the shadow figure can be replace by several diffrent shadows. (PSD's will be sent to buyer)

The buyer will have all rights to the directory, and will recieve all files.

I will not make a backup of this database, so it will be 100% unique.

I don't have a set BIN. But ive had it appraised, so I know what to expect.

All offers welcome, no bin set yet. I reserve the right to not sell if im not satisfied with the final BID.

Hi - is the template itself unique (you say modified, but is it slight modification of an existing template or significant change).

Nice directory there, request you to indicate a start price.

The template was found at a template site. (Linked at the bottom of the directory)

I modified it to work with my logo and a few other things.

Ill put a starting bid of $95.00 USD.

Just checked and noticed only the logo is different from the template. Can you PM me what you changed. I know how the smarty template system works in PHPLD and would like to know what other changes have been made internally before i consider buying, thanks.

The traffic comes from directorys and word of mouth mostly. I had many submissions done. (Details in first post) So the traffic mostly comes from the directorys that my link was submitted to. I also get alot of traffic from main search engines. Google, Alta Vista, etc.

LinkBait, the only changes made were the following:
I replaced the logo.gif in the FTP.
Then changed the cell size in the code.

Wozzaofrare, the server I use was down for a hour... That could be why. It works fine now though.
