Selling my VideoBlog. Avg. 200-400 uiques daily: Avg. $2 a day: I have a BIN!

    Im still looking for good offers for my youtbe video blog. (www.youtubeidiots.com)

    I didnt have a BIN last time but
    This time there is a BIN: $1200

    The site runs on wordpress.
    Very very easy maintenance. (Backend)

    Very easy to add videos because it uses Vipers quick tags:

    Traffic:
    Averages about 200-400 uniques daily,
    Alot of traffic comes naturally from Google and other sites with link exchanges.
    On first page on google for the following terms:
    "Sexy youtube" "sexy youtube videos" "funny youtube"
    Traffic still growing very fast as you can see in the statcounter stats.

    Its also predicted to be a PR4 using iwebtool pagerank prediction.

    Revenue: Adsense
    the site averages $2 a day. has made a total of $22 in 13 days. (1st Dec - 13th Dec) You will see in the Adsense image.
    Adsense revenue: Check

    (Has Adsense inject plugin so you can easily configure adsense ads on the page)

    Hosting is also included. (hosted on Freehostia.com)

    Im looking at the High $XXX to Low $XXXX Range. Yes, this time i have a BIN: $1200
    I think this is a very reasonable price,

    Ive decided to drop the BIN to $900

    I need the money to go on Holidays to Queensland for Christmas.

    Yes i do have revenue stats for November, Check

    It only made $2.50 in November because it only really started taking off in Late November and Early December, also you can see this in the stats that there was low traffic in Oct and started rising Nov that mainly explains the low revenue in the past 2 months, now in December the site has started to get really good traffic from Google and also steady revenue.

    Note: Avg. $2 a day x 365 = $730 p.a
    On some days it makes $4 +

    OK, i will make the final BIN of $700

    On a steady revenue of $2 a day = $2 x 365 = $730 p.a

    On some days it makes $3 to $4 so i think you can earn the money back quite quickly, with the growing traffic that wouldn't be much of a problem.

    So my Final BIN is $700, thats approx. %58.3 off the original price.
