selling my pay to click website

I'm selling quick-clix.com. it's been up since august 2007, it has around 3,680 members and it gets from 30-70 members a day. so far this month it's made around $197 and paid out around $42 (this will decrease though because a raised the payout)
with this you'll get th domain name, a year and a bit of free hosting at cirtexhosting, all the files and database (obviously)
i will also payout all the members before you take the website, you will also have to use your own paypal account.

Do you advertise? How much do you spend on it? How much time do you put into this per day? Where does the traffic come from if you don't advertise? What % is from the US and Canada?

 

Do you advertise? yes but only in points and only the admin can put advertisements up for points

How much do you spend on it? you only have to spend you you advertise in money and almost never spend anything on this site (except advertising for about $1 sometimes)

How much time do you put into this per day? 10 minutes max making payouts, and around 5-10 minutes checking everything and about less than 2 minutes a day answering queries from members

Where does the traffic come from if you don't advertise? it comes from members referring other members to the website.

What % is from the US and Canada? how do you find out?

 

I would like to see revenue and traffic stats please.

What is your revenue source? Is payout manual or automated? Any problems with fraud?

 

my revenue source is from people buying premium membership, link ads, banners, featured links and referrals. the members request payouts and it goes into a text box in the admin panel, just copy and paste it into notepad, save it and use it for a mass payment, no editing required. and theres been no problems with fraud.
