Selling my low carb health website $350

domain expires: 2/17/2012 - godaddy domain, hosting - hostgator

It doesn't have a lot of traffic right now to it and it is low on rankings because I just simply haven't had time to promote it. It has everything already there and ready to take off if you are willing to spend some extra time with promoting it.

The website is a Word Press site. I wrote all of the articles and most of them range between 300-500 words and all of them are unique. I've spent a lot of time on the content. You will get 68 articles with the site.

No, I have not made any sales yet with any clickbank or Amazon products, like I've said I just haven't had time to do much promotion. I was having one SEO guy to help me with back links and social bookmarking but that's about it.

If you look at how much a site is worth, this one is over $2000 but I am selling it for only $350 because I need the cash for the holidays. If you buy it for $430 I can write 32 articles @ 400-500 words each and put them on the site so it equals 100 articles then transfer it over. In the future if you do need some more content added, we can talk about it and work out something but I have tried to make something to where you can just buy it, promote it and start making money from it. I have had some adsense revenue from it just a couple of dollars here and there but not much so that's another reason why I think you could start making money after doing some promotion. Remember, after the holidays a lot of people will also be trying to lose weight.

if there is no revenue so far. what method do you recon to monetize it ?

 

I've been doing keyword research on it to help when I write and I also have some free plug ins to help with the seo on it. The keywords I've used is why I think I have gotten some adsense & clicks just not much.

 

So you want 350$ for a site that doesn't generate any revenue at all?

 

It has generated some revenue with adsense and clicks. When I add in content, the traffic increases. I feel that it is a fair price because of all the content. Think of it like this 68 articles x 500 words - around $340 then the domain name is a couple of years old, then I have had some seo work done with it before in the past. I've put a lot of time in this and I just don't have time to promote it anymore right now. Just was trying to get it going before and I don't have the time. However, I am willing to negotiate on the price and I can only take money via PayPal. Oh and I did pay for over $100 with SEO recently for the social bookmarking and some back links (white hat) and I'm not including that in the price
