    Why are you selling this site?
    No longer have the time to maintain or update it

    How is it monetized?
    Multiple income streams from gambling affiliates, firstly sub affiliates which you earn 5% of earnings from most, secondly your promotional offers

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    comes with a facebook page with 2900 likes (2500 which were purchased from SEOClerks)
    Twitter account with 6000 followers (5000 purchased from SEOClerks)

    How much time does this site take to run?
    generally the site is all set up and ready to run, i would suggest updating some of the offers which is what i don't really have time to do

    i've had the site for just over a year now which was my first project, the domain was purchased with godaddy and the website builder was used to create it, which means the site will be sold with access rights to my account you will need to change the affiliate links so you get paid.

    my biggest pay out was from Affiliate hub (Sky bet) my sub affiliates earned me £94.00, previous months have been hitting the minimum payout through neteller (£20.00) I only promoted this website once when i first started out so the potential is great

    i've linked the messy analytics from when i tried to promote it before, best results came from FB ads to be honest, i'll post my affiliate earnings from affiliate hub when i get home from work tonight

    attached a screenshot with the earnings from Jan 2014 when I first started it, it took a huge jump last month and i made £94.00, this month is looking similar it's at £20.00 so far and we are only half way through

    E: This is sub affiliate earnings only, if you promote the "fancy a bet" page enough it would be a bigger success, I used the FB ads with my £50.00 free voucher from godaddy

    also bear in mind that this is from one affiliate, the site has approximately 10-15 affiliate links, if promoted correctly you could net quite a profit
    once purchased I would pass on information so you can sign up to each one, due to privacy they won't let me pass on my details,

    i'd also like to add when searching google
    "what are the best bet affiliates" our FB pages comes up page 2, main site page 3
    "best bet affiliates" we are on page 4
    Bing searches we are first

    at the moment there isn't a BIN, starting $150 and if it sells for that i'm happy tbh its been a years work and thats what i personally value it at, anymore would be a bonus

    if you need any other information other than whats been posted i'll happily help you but if you want me to copy and paste whatever i've already posted in this thread i don't really see the point?
