Selling my established pr3 directory

    I am selling featuredlinker.com, it is an established pr3 directory with 554 submissions so far.

    The domain has been registered since 5/27/06 so is 48 days old. 554/48 is an average of about 11 new submissions each day.

    It hasn't made any money as of yet but if you added adsense I'm sure you could make a decent profit. The links on the bottom are permanent.

    The only advertising I have done is here on DP so it has great potential.

    It runs the Site-Sift link directory software.

    Does this have the same kinda problem as the one i bought 2 days back ? I mean the transfer from godaddy.com - i would like to bid for this but only after i can see the earlier site restored.
