I have decided to sell my entertainment network.

What Is it?

Megarooms.com is a network of entertainment sites launched in october 2006.

Why are you selling?

Due to lack of time i am selling my biggest and best project ever.

Also I’m looking to concentrate on other projects that have been on the back burner far too long.

I’m not desperate to sell this site as it’s always good to have more pocket money each month so I will only be willing to let this go at the right price.

I have spent a lot of time and money developing this network of sites and bought a lot of add-ons. Layouts, images, contact tables, games, videos etc.

Traffic

80.000+ uniques a month.
Most of the traffic comes from Myspace, around 60%. Around 30% comes from Google. The rest comes from bookmarks and type-ins.

The sites have PR 4 and 3 rankings.

Expenses

One time fees for licenses. This is worth $800.
Only recurring expenses are the hosting and 1 bought link. Hosting not included in sale.

Income

Around $200 per month. Mostly from Azoogle. Some from Adsense, Advertistic and Text-Links-Ads.

@ $200 pm, thats over 44 months revenue you're asking!
Usually websites sell for around 10-12 months revenue, mind if I ask why the high price? Even the starting price looks like more than you'd get for the full thing.
Also,d o you have any revenue shots you can post?

After a few comments i have decided to lower the BIN to $6000.
