Selling my domain from a developed and listed site

I am the owner of VerbalBattle.com and am looking to sell the domain only. The past two weeks I have been dealing with some personal issues and inadvertently allowed the hosting to expire and lost everything. The site was going fairly well, the last time I had checked I had just under 100 members and nearing 1500 posts, this was done in under three months with almost all natural leads from Google and other search engines as well from a little marketing on Facebook.

Right now searching "Verbalbattle.com" in Google it returns 701 results

For "Links: verbalbattle.com" it brings back 136 results.

Also included in the sale is the Facebook group I started to help market the site. Right now the group has 152 members. After purchase is complete all you will need to do is join the group and from there you will be able to contact those 152 people on a regular basis as well as grow the group even further to really develop the site.

I would really like to develop the site myself, but am just not at the right time in my life to do it as I have too many different things going on and can not give it the attention it deserves. I previously listed it in the appraisals sections right here on DP (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=440051) and the appraisals ranged from low $XXX to $XX,XXX of course the higher ones were based on the site being developed a little more.

As an added bonus, if you decide to go the same route I did with the site, which is using it for a debate community, I will make 100 posts within the first 30 days of you setting the forum up. Some will be new threads, some will be replies, I will not gaurantee on the mix between the two, but I will make a minimum of 100 and will remain a regular user of the site even after that as I am quite passionate about debating and enjoy it as a passtime.

The site is currently with GoDaddy and I believe they allow transfers for free. This will be the first time I have ever sold a domain so I am not totally sure on thsi but, but if there are any associated charges for the transfer to GoDaddy or any other registrar the buyer will be responsible for these. I am going to do it auction style and bidding will end at midnight EST Wednesday, November 7th. I am not setting a BIN price as I really do not know what to ask, however if you would like to make an offer you feel is a good BIN price please PM it to me and I will give serious thought to all of them.

For right now I will start the bidding at $25 which basically covers the cost of me registering the domain and the little amount of advertising I did do.

Payment must be made via PayPal.

Any questions please feel free to PM me
