    hi
If someone offering you PR3 directory with 1000+ linkbacks and with very little traffic, what you will be willing to pay him to buy?

I just need an opinion, I dont have such site NOw, hopefully after next Pr update:)

is it Pr that matter for directories or traffic?

There are a few things to consider when buying a directory such as
    PR
    PS
    traffic
    backlinks
    domain
    design
    etc...
    etc...

    :)

Realistically a directory like that is worth just a few bucks

You can have all the pr, ps etc but traffic is still king

    No traffic no business :)

I agree, eventually it is all about traffic. Us webmasters need directories for PR, but won't pay money for one if it does not get traffic :)

I would say less than $100 with little traffic.

Well agree with that but not 100% :)

From my point of view the domain name is pretty important. Personally I wouldn't buy a directory with quite a bit of traffic but with a nonsense domain attached to it.
Unfortunatelly I've seen quite a lot of useless domains in the directory industry. No offence to anyone but when I see dfg5hg.com or other silly names with no connection with the directory I'm just thinking that some people use to do directories from every garbage name they have. :)

$ 25 if it is done with PHPL 3.1

$ 3 if it is done with free edition

What is your point? Or just trying to increase your post count?
OP--Well I have one of such directories --PR3/around 60-150 uniques per day --with some PR4/3/2 innerpages.

Now tell me how much you give as I reckon you are actually trying to get into the market with a readymade directory that you plan to buy.:D
