    i am selling site cos i don't have time to manage..i want to make a nice health website so i want to sell this
    and basically i am not an webmaster so i never concentrated much on onsite seo
    if you buy this site and some good seo site will rock
    and as for monetize
    i am a doctor..and i don't like to keep ads on my sites so i never kept any type of ads on my site


    yes adsense is blocked in this site cos of celebs half nude pics
