Selling my 6 year old ANDREW BYNUM website

    Andrew-Bynum (dot net)

Bynum was just traded for Dwight Howard today... Howard to the Lakers and Bynum to the 76ers.

I have had this site for 6 years, and it is registered for 4 more. I am a Lakers fan and bought it when the Lakers signed him. I had a custom site designed .... and it matches Lakers team colors. Since he was traded today to the 76ers, the site needs to be redone in some new teams colors. There will be a lot of news and excitement for a new team to have Bynum, an NBA all star. This site has not been a priority of mine, in fact I don't think I have updated in FIVE years. Looking at it today, I still have a 2007 all star banner. Oops. Anyway, I had it just for kicks and now that he is not a Laker it is time to let it go or put some money into it now that he will be in the news a lot more.

    Pros:

    Great Name
6 year old site, with 4 years left in registration
100% custom website with many areas you could leave
Bynum was a rookie when I bought it, now he is an NBA ALL STAR and either 1st or 2nd best center in the NBA
Custom site can easily be modded. New header needed, but the core of the site can just be color changes.
Custom and very detailed Stats pages designed by me. It is still PR1 (check the site) (I have not updated his top stats in years or added each year of stats. So there are Tons of easy updates to make to content)
Video Page is easy to add new videos --- just add a title and youtube code and will be added to existing list of videos.
News Feed Page still works after 5 years and is PR1

NO updates over last 5 years. Google is going to be all over this site with some new content. (writing this I almost have myself convinced to keep the site)

    Cons:

Needs new design (new header image needed, colors will be easy to change to new team colors.
Has not been updated in years... though still a PR 1
I don't use Google Analytics....but have had statcounter on it for many years. It has slowed to a trickle of visitors every month. I just checked now for first time in years.
Earnings would be insignificant due to minimal traffic. I do have adsense on it, and have since day 1. If it made any noteworthy money it was several years ago.

This is cool for someone who wants a new project that rank well and would take off quickly. The great domain name along with the fact it is 6 years old and has 4 years left is what you are buying.

I am open to any offer but if not enough, I'd rather pay a few bucks for a new header and make it into a new 76ers site. Looking to sell it in next 24-48 hours, otherwise I would keep it and capitalize on all the news articles that will be talking about Dwight Howard and Bynum being traded and all the new articles in Philly talking about their new all star.
