i think he's selling just the site and domain.

i dont think you'll find many people to buy your host, as many of us already have our own hosts/servers and that domain name isn't too appeasing

i think he just means his shared host allows him 300gb...which is pointless

 

or maybe he just fumbled in his calculations lordy, as in 12*7 = 85!!!
