Ok, so here is my story. Google screwed me by banning my Adsense account, so now I have no use for some of my niche sites as that was the best form of income. This is also the reason I am selling my sites for less than I should be because I don't have any more access to my Adsense account, so I have no proof of income.

You may be wondering, "If your adsense account got banned then the sites won't work with a new adsense publisher". Wrong - Account bans are account based, not website based. So, you can add your adsense code to these site and they will work just fine. I found out what site was the problem and I scrapped that site but Google still won't reinstate my account.

Most of these sites get a small amount of traffic, hence the smaller incomes from them. They were all getting around $20-$75 before Google's Penguin update but if you can get them to rank for their primary keyword, then you will be back to that amount.
