I read that there are tools which allow this. How does this work ? If i put multiple items on clickbank as a publisher and want seperate entries on marketplace - dont i need seperate accounts to make seperate items/sites and descriptions ? Georg.

only initial product will.. Other products can be promoted with their own links, and own domains, but as far as I know, no script will give you 2 clickbank marketplace listings.. For working example, see my store in sig. Affiliate section
There is a tool that will allow you to sell multiple items and it also gives you a bunch more features like banning bad affiliates. The one mentioned in a post above is the old perl version which is a pain to setup. The version I am talking about is a php version that has a setup program. Check it out cb-multitool.y3s.net I think that is what you are looking for.
