Hello everyone! I believe I can provide a number of mortgage and loan related leads to both buyers in US and UK. I know what some of my other friends are making but still, i want a feedback here. How many $$$ should I expect from this? Anyone here who could throw me an offer? Also, how can I find people who'd buy these leads? I tried to Google but couldn't really find anything. Thanks!! Zee
Hi Zee, Leadpile can offer you two ways of selling your leads: through POST (if you capture the data) or by using our own form (on your site - braded as you please), which will give you some advantages - earn from coregs, "repeat business" program (earn on later sales). Regardless of the way you send us the data you will be able to receive great commissions on your leads and we pay weekly. Please PM me if you have any questions.
In the UK you need to be careful with the FSA regulation aspect but I assume you have that bit covered off. The price per lead will very much depend on the quality of the leads - ie how you are sourcing them - and if you sell on per lead or per sale made. They could be fairly cold leads if you are simply running a house buyers forum and are selling off the registration details on the assumption that someone who is buying a house is most likely going to be needing a new mortgage to fairly hot leads if you are running a site specifically for people looking for a new mortgage. At the same time it also depends how easily you can carve up the data - selling on bulk a mix bag (mortgages and loans, good and bad credit ratings etc) or are able to divide it up into smaller more targeted types and/ or allow providers to simply buy the individual leads they want. We created a site for a client in the UK that was a pure mortgage lead generation site and for them the ability to carve up the data into smaller chunks based on both credit rating and geography was invaluable as they were selling to a small network of mortgage brokers who only targeted their geographical area and prime or sub-prime applicants. On the FSA part, they ended up having to get one of the brokers to put their name to the site and take responsibility to be able to get through the red tape and avoid the direct regulation of the FSA on our client.
