Got a question regarding the winner prizes http://www.hcmafia.com/winners.php

    Round 50 level 3 winner-

    150,000 credits or $711 Bad_Santa

There's no mention on your first post about paying out prizes and assumed it wouldn't be a great deal of winnings like over $700. Each contest is a week right? so in that week you might have had to pay out $700 from a weekly profit of around $100-$200, that's a loss.

Could you explain how this works, did/could this Bad_Santa have taken over $700 that period and if so how does profits equate after taking into account paying out winnings?

Looking through your last 5 or so potential payouts (just over a month) you could have paid out over $2,000, wouldn't that wipe out your profits!

If I've not misunderstood this it looks like the site could be running at a loss recently!

Hmm, my son noticed something strange with your profiles, there's some very interesting logging in behaviour by the winners/high ranked, for example winner for round 46 is spiderman, looking through the other ranked level 3 players there's a lot of super heros which seams strange?

    1 150,000 credits or $630 spiderman $173,543,059,995,434
    2 125,000 Wolverine $3,612,632,852,656
    3 100,000 CapTaiN_AMeRiCa $3,005,919,852,059
    4 75,000 BatMaN $2,194,655,893,210
    5 60,000 Robin_ $1,795,134,822,751
    6 50,000 THOR $1,171,862,711,148
    7 40,000 Jim_Beam $1,121,233,338,358
    8 30,000 san_miglight $90,015,380,131
    9 20,000 lala $8,320,650,330
    10 10,000 Buzzie $7,411,541,068

Looking through their profiles show Spiderman who won over $600 hasn't logged in for 26 days, Wolverine who was the last to attack him hasn't logged in for 26 days. Chainz who last attacked Wolvernie hasn't logged in for 26 days. In fact looking through a lot of the ranked players that contest a heck of a lot haven't logged in for 26-27 days which is unusual.

When I look at round 40 ranks (period picked at random) I checked half a dozen profiles and all of those haven't logged in for 50 days!

Are you creating hundreds of fake players for these rankings and so not paying out a penny in winnings? That would make sense and explain why you didn't take into account payouts when referring to monthly revenue (there are no payouts).

Sorry if I've misunderstood this, but it looks very suspect, not your monthly earnings, (I believe you are making what you say you are) but the way the winning part is organised which if you got a complaint could result in a prosecution (that has got to be illegal).

Not at all. All players are legit and playing and no fake accounts exist. all verified and shown paypal logs as well in original post.

Furthermore for jackpots 20% of what comes into the site goes towards the jackpot. so to payout 700 as you mentioned 3500 had to come in which means you would make a profit of 2800

I ran a couple rounds with a roll over pot that paid out at 1000 meaning 5000 has to come in.

TJ, basing on the 20% Jackpot calculation, in some of your recent game rounds, you've made $3260 (round 48), $3500 (round 50), and $1205(round51) and these rounds last about a week each...it just doesn't make any senses that you are selling this site with the current BIN price at all. Or there's something we don't know? Please correct me if I'm wrong...I'm just curious.

Edit: Didn't see the post above when writing this post.

just in need of cash fast for my wedding on Jan. 8th. so i sold at a loss to me. It dont make since business wise. However for my personal life makes it more then worth while.

I have other ventures I am involved in so to lose 1 site or 2 wont hurt my business. So its a plus for the person who won at BIN.
