I've spent almost $3000.00+ over the years on this script. NO JOKE. Script is open source. You can customize it any way you want it. Design customization is very very easy. In addition, the site comes with admin.

Some of the Admin Features include and are not limited to:
- create forum admins (they can create sticky forum rules, delete/edit threads)
- ability to change/move threads to different categories
- control ad zones
- upload flash games
You will have every basic functionality to run the site. The admin section may not be as detailed or good as phpbb admin but it is good enough.
