Selling Selling Make Money Online Website, Old Domain, Unique Content, Pagerank 2

Hi guys,

Selling my "make money online" website today. Didn´t get round to adding as much content and updating it as often as I´d have liked so have made the decision to sell it on for someone to continue. Site has really good potential, page rank 2 in Google with a few backlinks and all unique content. Has had a banner designed for it, and has a nice design too.

Not sure about exact earnings but has a very high CPC with Adsense due to the make money subject so has really good earnings potential.

Also not sure about traffic because my webstats aren´t working with 1&1 right now. Was getting a couple of hundred visits per month last time I checked though.

There was a forum attached on an external domain but this is now gone, but would be a good idea for the new owner to set up a forum for people to discuss methods to make money.

Interested, but I'm not sure how hard it is to get it transferred out of 1 and 1.

Please let me know if it can moved for Godaddy for the domain transfer cost $8 or so.

What script of you using?

 

Think its pretty easy to transfer from 1and1 to Godaddy, can't see it costing more than that.

Not using a script, just html.
