I only have adsense on 5 total pages on the whole site. I've never really tried to earn much off of it. Just enough to pay for the server each month was all I wanted.

Site Features: The site is 100% custom coded by myself. As most of my sites are. It's 100% run by the users. There are admins, moderators, pic moderators and so on. They monitor the forums and pictures to make sure everything is legit and there are no spammers. The site offers so many features

18 ranked flash games (I can add more if you want), free signups, profile comments, private messages, add to friends, block users, forums, polls (which can be placed on myspace profiles), referral system, points system (you get points for everything you do on the site), top girls, top guys, upload pictures (including secondaries), upload pictures using a cellphone, full user pending system, mod watch(see what mods are doing what)...there are so many more but I don't want to list any more lol. I think you guys can visit the site and see for yourself.

The forums were pruned on 11/28/06 which is when I changed servers. The database was so large that I just decided to delete all the posts at the time. Since then 145,685 posts have been made and 8,556 threads.

Traffic: Stats are currently down due to a problem with my analytics code I think. Anyways traffic is 100% advertising free. Some of it comes from referral links on other sites. Some of it comes from search engines (the site ranks 9th in google for the term rate girls) and some of it is just type in traffic.

Price: Price is set to 4,000$, The price is being made not just from revenue but also from forum post and member database, and the uniqueness of the site.

 

The google stats on the site are messed up they keep showing 0. I deleted my channel and created a new channel in google analytics so hopefully it will show some stats soon. In the mean time here are the revenue stats

 

Not interested in the sale, but i gotta say it's a pretty cool site with a nice userbase that seems like they arn't going anywhere.

The only problem i see, is that the demographic seems to be 14-21... so they don't have too much disposable income, and would most likely not be clicking too many ads. However it could be used to feed myspace resource sites, and sell links to other sites like that.. that offer myspace profile tweaks and the like. If you can find a way to market to this age group, then it's an amazing purchase for only 2000.

Thanks for the positive post. Yes the average user age is 16.5 last I checked. That doesn't mean you can't earn some money off of them. A lot of the ads shown on the site are myspace, polls, survey related in which the user doesn't need to pay anything to make you some money. Also I found ringtone affiliate ads seem to get a lot of traffic. I forgot to post cj.com revenue.

 

Well my stats are down so I can't give a good estimate. I know there are a lot of page views on the forums just because you have to to refresh and what not. Even though their are a lot of forum post most users never enter the forums. a lot of users go from page to page rating users and talking to them via comments and/or pm's. I should have the stats in no time hopefully.

 

Here is cj.com for the site. It's a ringtone ad on the page where users upload picture using their cellphone. Since it's a page meant for cell phones more users are prone to follow the text link and signup for the free ringtone. Each signup is wroth 9.20$

That was a girl who was trying to cheat a contest I was holding. She had her brother make her a spam bot or something like that. Since then I've limited the comments to only 3 per minute to prevent another spam attack like that. I've also limited the threads a user can make to 3 every 15 minutes, you can only post 4 times every minute, you can only rate 1 person every 30 seconds and a few more anti spam measures have been placed since then.

Of course I would. I will provide support as long as you own the site. I've had the site for so long now I know the ins and outs of the whole site. I would be willing to provide 100% help when ever you may need it. I'm not the type of seller who sells the site and then disappears after wards. I sell quality sites and I'm willing to backup the sites I sell.

Thank you, I try to provide decent sites for the community. I just like to move on to new projects from time to time. Unlike other sellers who sell the site when it's on the downfall I like to sell them while they are still climbing.
