Selling Selling Large General Discussion Forum

I am selling my general-discussion (or known as off-topic) forum. It is called The Best Forum Ever.

What the site is: It is an general-discussion forum where members can discuss any topic to their desire. We've had discussions on the Illuminati, US Politics, member's vehicles and such. Any section can be added and do well.

The Reason I am Selling: Personally, it is hard for me to do this as this was my first successful site, but unfortunately, I feel that I have outgrown the site in the way where I don't feel like I can active contribute how I used to. It's just that I want to move on in life and well, this site deserves an amazing owner. With the effort, a new owner can make this place even more amazing.

What it comes with: The forum currently runs XenForo, but due to the age of the license, I am unable to transfer. If you buy a license, that works or I can send you the month old database which is vBulletin 3.X series. I have a custom skin for vBulletin, custom skin for XenForo, and I was planning on making a Wordpress homepage, so I have a custom Wordpress skin as well. Currently, there are 9 domain names pointing to The Best Forum Ever and you will receive all of them. Those include the .org, the .net and a few others.

Currently, posts are a bit slow due to exams for school, but once summer comes around, the forum becomes extremely active as everyone loves posting. We get a lot of new members especially for how we rank on Google for our keywords.

I make approximately $250 a month through advertisements and have made a lot more through paid subscriptions with the site as VIP membership is $10 a year and Platinum membership is $100 a lifetime. Also, the site takes donations which members try to upgrade them and others to platinum. Currently, there are 9 members of platinum and 35 VIP members (some which are donating to earn the platinum membership).

As of now, I only use Google Adsense, but you can definitely add other networks to monetize the site. I don't have much experience in that field, but it could work. If the new owner sold clothing that mentioned the site, that would do very well.

As of now, the site is ranked 252,392 on Alexa. We are a page rank 3 and expected to go up. Stumbleupon was recently added to the site and it is definitely doing well on it. There are about 6,000 unique visitors a month, about 100,000 page views and quite a number of posts per month / users per month.

What I am asking for might be a bit crazy, but I never sold a site, so if it doesn't do well, I will more than likely sell to the highest person.

Like I said, it may be a bit crazy. I didn't know what to put and to be quite honest, this is my baby. The amount of traffic, members, posts, and revenue. I think its fair, but I don't quite know.
