I sold this guy chaosfight.com a while ago.
The script is that old koc clone everyone know about, but it had been debugged and modified when I sold it to him.
When I sold chaosfight.com to Bubblemate, I didn't give him resellrights for those modifications, so he is not allowed to sell this.

He says himself that he owns the script, and that he can do whatever he damn well please with it. But I never got resellrights to those modifications, so how can he have rights to do so? When I told him in a PM that he can't sell this script, he replied explaining how imature and childish I am...

 

StainLG has rights to mods provided by him in that script which would require the thread starter here to have reseller. without he is in violation.

but after looking around for the script i found lots of copies of the script all over
theywere exactley the same , but i have modded this heavily myself,
and really you sold me the site and shouldnt be using the script

 

The mods I added to the script has never been released. I sold you the domain with the script, not the exclusive rights to the script/modifications. You are not allowed to resell the script.

 

I just want to add my 2 cents into this.
I bought this same script about 3 years ago...never found anyone else having it.

I sold a copy the other month. I'm wondering...if Stian is the one I sold it to, because I did not give anybody rights to this script.

 

I don't think so.. I've had the "koc clone" for more than a year now, and it's not the "koc clone" I'm disallowing Bubblemate to sell - it's the modifications added by me.

 

there were no modifications done to this it was exaclty the same as all the other scripts
if u list the modifications to me that would be great

 

One of the mods I added is the "change commander" function. Check the script against the "koc clone" that's floating all over the net, and you'll see that the "koc clone" doesn't have that function.

Right, I've talked to the (3) coders that have made mods for me, and I now have resellrights to those mods. Bubblemate doesn't have those rights, so buying this script from him is illegal. As for now I'm not selling the script.

 

lol u sold the website adn script to me so therefore you shoudlnt have the script at all ,
and anyway i have no change commander on my script :S

 

I sold you a website with a script.. Why shouldn't I also have the script? You have the permission to use the script on chaosfight.com only.
