Selling Indirectly is also not allowed, if i am correct ?

    Hello Dear All,

    I want to confirm and inquire, is it allowed to sell Banned Products indirectly on forum ?

    This person is selling VCC / Bank Account, by making posts like this one.

    I Didn't used Report button, as wanted to get information for same.
