Selling Hookahs and Hookah Tobacco

Hey guys, new to the forums and very excited to discuss things with everyone!

Before I begin, I'd like to preface this by making it crystal clear that a hookah is intended soley for the purpose of consuming flavored tobacco. I have ZERO interest in selling any kind of pipe other then a hookah. Sadly head shops like to sell hookahs as well, it's a shame because it makes those of us that enjoy smoking hookah look bad. So once again, I do not plan to carry anything other then hookah pipes, hookah tobacco, and hookah accessories, period.

    Anyway...
I've recently been toying with the idea of opening an online hookah store. I've worked in the hookah industry for sometime, though I've only worked in the marketing and artistic areas of the hookah business.

I've got plenty of terrific connection, a location to serve as an office/warehouse, and great reputation in the online hookah community.
However, I'm very unfamiliar with what laws surround selling tobacco and hookah pipes online. I'd imagine several permits would be in order. I've done all of the research I could, but haven't found a whole lot. If anybody is familiar with these laws, or could point me in the right direction of where I could learn more about them that would be terrific!

If anybody could shed a little light on this I'd be so appreciative. It may (or may not be) worth noting that I live in Pennsylvania (though I can't imagine this would matter much as I'd be shipping all over the United States).

    Thanks so much guys!

Yeah, I'm aware that it's legal. I just wanted to know what laws surround it, moreover, what permits I'd need to do so.

    Thanks for the reply though!
