I didn't monetize so I could get that initial boost of visitors.

To start off with, I think it's important not to add ads, so that you get more return visitors.

As you can see, the site is only 6 days old and is already getting decent traffic from google, as well as direct traffic.

The site has a good stumpleupon rating too, as it's receiving a lot of traffic. Stumpleupon is a toolbar which people download and rate sites. If you are positively rated (like my site), then you get a lot of visits. The users love my site.

 

Received a BIN offer of $350 but the guy hasn't replied to me, so I'm beginning to think that he's a timewaster.

BIN dropped to $300. It's not likely I'll go any lower than this... otherwise I'd just be giving the site away.
