HI Guys, I need the help of any members who have ever sold a 'high-priced' software product Here's what it's about. I have developed a piece of software that creates website in a very specific way (which I would prefer not to reveal here right now) It will be an expensive piece of software with a starting price of $797. My plan is that I will initially be offering the software to users firstly as a Free trail Users will have access to all the features of the software for as long as they want. The only limit being the number of sites that can be created will be limited. As I see it, that way they can use the software for as long as they want, and thoroughly test it out before committing to buy the 'paid' version where unlimited site can be created using the software My question is, in the sales letter for the product, I of course make it clear that the software is free, but I not quiet sure about how I should introduce the $797 price of the full version (platinum version) to the users who have downloaded the free version. Should I mention the price in the sales letter, or should I leave it out, and do the selling in follow-up emails? Input is appreciated --Glen
well what's unique about this...I think there is lot of people who can create many sites for that money...what is unique about your software...submit this to download.com for trial...but how many people will make more than one site? not many unless you are into internet marketing...and the create minisites with content and no features
