    Why are you selling this site?
    Looking to raise funds to promote the other sites I'm working on, I have 20 different websites in various stages of development and promotion.

    How is it monetized?

    Through Google Adsense, I have only one ad placed, you can increase revenue by adding more ads.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    Never expended into social media with this site

    How much time does this site take to run?

    Honestly, I haven't touched this site in months. Between my other projects and my full time job I haven't had time to do any additional work on the site.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
