I was interested just to see what "gray-hat" was.. if anyone else wants to know then here you go.

    gray hat

DEFINITION - Gray hat describes a cracker (or, if you prefer, hacker) who exploits a security weakness in a computer system or product in order to bring the weakness to the attention of the owners. Unlike a black hat, a gray hat acts without malicious intent. The goal of a gray hat is to improve system and network security. However, by publicizing a vulnerability, the gray hat may give other crackers the opportunity to exploit it. This differs from the white hat who alerts system owners and vendors of a vulnerability without actually exploiting it in public.

Rick, learn the difference between grey hat and grey hat. Gray hat SEO has nothing to do with what you are talking about.

    you're exactly right urban...

charless, if i were you, i would cancel this auction and stop sending out the url. your site is made with the structure of what i would consider (and many others) blackhat techniques. it's obviously been very successful for you, but the more you give it out, the more people will copy your template exactly, and thus dilute the value. just sit on it and ride it out. it will get flagged eventually and stop making money for you. the general idea is that you keep churning these out and stay ahead of the game. that is what i've heard from blackhatters anyway ;)

    my 2 cents...

I would be interested in bidding but the short-term nature of sites like these is keeping me from starting @ 8k - if you are willing to go lower I would be more interested. I would also want to know more about the tools you used to generate it.

PM's sent out & I've considered lowering the initial bid due to the nature of the website!

Starting bid is lowered to 2.5xmonthlyearnings =

    $3750 NEW STARTING BID

    $10,000 BIN

Auction will end when BIN is used or when I feel it is appropriate to end it. Hopefully by this Friday, October 20th.
