Selling Selling general discussion forum - 11 year old domain

I bought this domain and forum setup couple of months back but because of time constraint i am unable to maintain this site at all and because of this forum has become inactive.
There is no income
Forum software that is being used is MyBB
The domain name is we-forums.com and is 11 years and 3 months old and the domain will expire on October 23, 2014
Buyer will get a complete zip of site and login details of domain
Hosting is not included in this sales

I also see that it looks like the forum was dead before you purchased it, as the majority of the recent posts date from 2012.
If you bought it honestly as a running forum it looks like you may have been scammed.

The person who setup the forum maybe had imported a database, i will edit down the forum bid in that case

 

LOL!!!! Is that what you used to verify the age of the domain?! ha!

All that tells you is 11 years ago the domain was first registered, somewhere inbetween it was dropped... So now its new birth date is 2013...

 

Well i wrote domain age as 11 years old because as far as i know that google doesn't rely on whois data to know when the domain was registered, instead it marks the domain age depending on when it was first crawled. Please see what Matt Cutts has to say

1. This is a relevant section... We are discussing the statements you are making regarding something for sale, I am simply telling you... Its wrong.

2. That video is 4 years old (Just as old as the domain eh LOL!)... But if you want to use that then its still pretty much useless because in the 11 years of its "history" it was registered for only 2 and a bit years (I do my research as well) and every time the content has changed. Originally it was Wrestling Entertainment forum, then it was used as a 301 domain, then it was what you have used it for...

Seeing as that video you stand by states that it looks at the "website" then the first time it crawled your website was October 2013 because the niche, html and everything else pointing to it is different...

3. You didn't buy this from someone... You registered it (I have an account that can look through old whois data)... Next time you lie about a domain, make it a private registration... Here is a public and free version: http://whois.domaintools.com/we-forums.com

 

I bought the forum setup with the database that is why i wrote content not unique.
And regarding second point you made there is no mention about niche by matt cutts. But you maybe an older webmaster and you may have pretty good knowledge of what is old domain or not so there is no point of me arguing over this. Because maybe i am wrong, though if it is possible to get thread removed as it seems i am wrong than i will gladly ask.

 

I see you say your brought the forum setup and satabase what forum was the database and forum set up from? You got a url?

I was looking at buying this , but as above the value of this site kinda is not worth any where at all to $50

Domain is new , not 11 years old.
Content is mostly old.
No one knows or even signed up or posted on that forum as its a database.

I would give ya $10 for it. Let me know.
