Selling General Directory - PR2 - Good Traffic!!!

Hello,

I am selling my directory called iPant Directory; http://www.iPant.com

I started this directory in the beginning of November. The visitors of iPant Directory are increasing rapidly day-by-day. Currently iPant Directory has more then 3000 submitted links (3151) approved and about 250 awaiting approval. The directory has more then 65 categories!

It gets around 120 submissions a day.

NOTE that the host-gator banner on the site is for no reason at all. You can remove it or replace at any time. Same goes for the Partner links.

Proof of traffic is listed below, with detailed monthly and daily stats of December. If you would like to see November traffic screen shots, please PM me.

As for revenue, I did not bother putting any google ads on my website. The main reason for this is because whenever I put those ads, my traffic starts to shift over to other directories, and I refuse to allow that. The only source for revenue for this directory at the moment is by featured or yearly links. I made around $15.00 in November. Made $5 in december already. I did not bother to get a screenshot from my paypal because, first; it will take some time for me to dig out those payment details and second, any directory with this kind of traffic shouldn't have any trouble making at least $10.00 a month.

I did not advertise the site at all. If you are willing to advertise this website, then your traffic will increase for sure.

I have disabled the PR and image system on the site. What it does is shows the image of the website and tells the pagerank of it. I have disabled it for now because it puts a lot of load on the website. You can easily enable or disable it when you buy it.

I forgot to mention that this also comes with a PageRank script. And the directory version is 2.1.

You can put google ads on the website, which i don't like because this will just drive traffic away from you, despite the fact that you might get some traffic, but not enough. I don't personally like google ads. People buy featured links, my price is $0.99 USD at th emoment, you can easily modify it. It is a free directory so anyone can come in and submit link, you can add a price to normal submission as well. Last but not least, you can always sell links and banner spaces to other people, you are on DP, finding people here shouldn't be a problem.
