I'm selling because I need to move on in my life, and just have no time. Site is worth around 4k+ because of the traffic, registrations /day, users logging on daily and more, but I want a quick sale at $2.5k+, considering you receive around $1k from the features, and the database itself is worth around $1000 itself because of posts, unique content and members. We also prune all inactivated accounts every 4 days, so all members from 4 days and earlier have been activated. I'd just like to inform everyone as well that there is a massive opportunity to expand as it comes with Wordpress installed + 3 custom articles written.
Please offer me anything above $1.5k as that has been offered already off-site.
The design is a premade design which has been highly modified, you also receive a custom theme worth a couple of hundred dollars.

Honestly can't comment on this too much. We've almost got 300 upgraded members ($5 each) and nearly 100 double-upgraded members ($25 each), and tons of donators. The site usually earns around $200-300 from ads every 3 months which has been constant for 12 months, meaning I could even up the price to $3k but I'm not, as other things also fluctuate. In all honesty, you should be generating around $100-$200/mo if you don't focus on the site, if you expand though and keep active, you could easily be striking $500+/mo because of the mass amount of traffic (Mainly from Google). I've also got to mention, there have been many users who have donated $200+ to the site.
