    I am selling my content site. It is fully indexed by google, the domain is registered with 1and1. Free push to your 1and1 account included.

    This site is in the employee management niche, and includes over 20 unique articles written by me, adsense is integrated on all pages except the index.

    I have not promoted this site.

    I forgot to mention, the site is getting about 100 to 150 uniques per month of organic search traffic.
    Also, the clicks in this niche seem to be pretty high-paying (usually around .90 to 1.50)

    This template enjoys an average of 24% CTR
