Selling Selling fully featured hosting business

As the title suggests, I have decided to sell this hosting business that handles Game Hosting, VPS servers and Web Hosting. I've worked hard to make it as it is now, more precisely, I have invested and insisted in features such as design and site management system. Initially, I wanted to make my own billing script, but I came to the conclusion that WHMCS does a good job and there's no point in wasting time and resources on it. The site is integrated with WHMCS in such a way that it's hard to tell the difference. I will talk about each feature of the site and explain a little about them.

Web Hosting

Most people use packages / plans for web hosting, my idea was to make it in such a way that the client can build his own hosting plan. Although it wasn't easy or cheap, I succeded in integrating WHMCS in such a way that it would be possible to create a custom plan for web hosting. All of this is possible due to the use of the WHMCS addon from: http://www.whmcs.com/addons/configurable-package-addon/ and by using PHP and JQuery. Of course, you can see it live for yourself in the link posted above.

Game Hosting

Game hosting is everything you see here, 3 types of games, icons were made by myself in photoshop. There is a short description for each game and for the configuring the game server. I didn't have the necessary funds to invest in selling game hosting, but the pages are there, therefore you can see them.

VPS

Besides Web Hosting and Game Hosting, there is the VPS server category. It's a page with VPS plans, a detailed table which explains what each VPS plan offers. Below you can find explanations about features gained when you purchase a VPS.

Design,WHMCS, Logo etc
Well that's about it regarding what the site offers, but I have to mention that the design was built by myself from the ground up, it's unique, has a gaming style vibe, it was created in Photoshop, coded and optimized. The logo is also an unique drawing, I paid a logo designer to make it (I still have the files from the Illustrator to prove it).

Also, the site has several pages that you can see in the footer (links). The terms of service were written by myself. Also the FAQ page. Therefore, text was not copied, it's unique and originality can be proven using online tools such as copyscape.

Like most other business models, there is Live Support. I bought a live support script from CodeCanyon and I integrated with the design. If you click Live Support, you can see that the interface fits the theme of the main site. I also have a panel from which I can administer the Live Support system and answer to those who access Live Chat.

Let's talk now about WHMCS, about integration. Some of the pages are custom. The customer control panel has been totally overhauled. As you can see, I also made a video (link below). I think it's best if I let you judge for yourselves.

The site was launched in June, I tried marketing it on the WHT forum (I did this only once) and I did not have much luck. Of course, you will ask about clients, income, etc. I can tell you that since it was launched, no orders have been places, only a few registered users. Main reasons are the needs for investing in a promotion campaign.

If you purchase this site, you will gain the servergrid.co domain name which I recently bought from name.com (I will transfer it). Same goest for the addon from WHMCS.
