This site has been running since 2006, and it's value has been ranging from 12k to 15k $. It was bought for 13k and has stayed in this price till now. 10k (and I am willing to sell it for a little less if there is a respectable owner) is a significant drop from what it was bought. I recovered a good amount of money from it and I am selling it now.
Also in the first post it is stated that the income is 400 if ads are integrated. Right now, they are not.

 

You've got to post some screenshots to support your statement . If we are talking 'big money' you've gotta show me the site is worth it.

Have to disagree with x 6 month revenue. The only time that would be reasonable is if the site is either low quality, low traffic, or newly established. I would buy this site for 2.4k in a heartbeat if the traffic and revenue was correct as stated.
