I am selling the domain, forum skin, and the potential it has. VBulletin license is not included. I will start the bid with $75 and I will put the BIN price of $400. Payment via paypal only.

I will give you full access to the site once the payment is sent so that you can fully back it up. Then I will transfer the domain and send you all the PSD files I have for it. The design is unique, I am the designer and the coder for it.
