Selling five websites + 1 hightraffic domain

I'm selling all my websites + one domain. The total money made by these sites + domain per day is between $27-$35.

The sites are from a high quality, custom programmed (three of them in Smarty Template Engine).

The first site is http://www.downloadpcdrivers.com.

This site used to receive 6500 pageviews a day because google had 35,000 pages indexed. Now it receives about 2500 pageviews a day, because google had none page indexed at one moment. Now it starts to get indexed again, first only 50 pages, a day later 2100. Currently this site makes around $20-22 a day with google adsense.

Second site is http://www.photoshoplab.net.

Photoshop Lab receives about 400-500 pageviews a day. Custom programmed, already more then 60 affiliates and just started! Site is made in PHP and AJAX. I started up the forum a few days ago and it already has 170 members. This site makes something like $2-3 a day.

Third site is http://www.computermanuals.net

This is a very interested site. I made a complex PHP parser which can parse PDF file into HTML pages. This way you can download PDF files to your desktop and the parser will change them into HTML pages (f.e. 100 HTML pages per PDF file if the PDF file is 100 pages). Next you upload the database to the site and you have another 100(000) pages of unique content. This has never done before, Google didn't index most pages yet but will do this soon. It varies, but with the keyword computer manuals the site is sometimes on the first page. This will be a huge site when you collect a couple of hundred of manual PDF files! Currently receives 50-60 pageviews a day because it's new and makes a couple of dollars per day.

Fourth website is http://www.soccerdiscussion.net.

This site is just new and only receives 10-20 pageviews per day but has good potential especially now with the FIFA Worldcup. Unique design and mods.

Fifth website is http://www.law123.org

This is the first law related search engine. We have thousands of pages indexed. Also contains a modified Dmoz directory, modified in the sense that it retrieves addresses from law offices fresh from the WHOIS database, great for google indexation. Receives only a few pageviews at the moment.

The domain is http://www.bestlyrics.net

This domain I have parked at Sedo and makes an average of $6-7 a day. Used to be a huge lyrics site and has hundreds of incoming links.

With this comes a LinkVault account which has > 4500 vaults.

Asking price is $13000.
