*note* I will also throw in www.muscle-tone.com with the purchase of this site. It doesn't get much traffic but it does have some SEO work and personally written content. (Also a decent keyword domain )

This is a monthly subscription site that offers the following features / services:

• Comprehensive eBook that I personally wrote. It's 31 pages in PDF format at a regular 12px font. It's downloadable via PDF and also is accessable through html in the members area. It took me a month to write.
• A message system. You can choose to take this out if you don't know much about fitness and don't want to deal with clients.
• Community. Typical forum for member and staff interaction.
• Fit-Tracker. I own a separate site that allows people to track their diets and workouts online and this provides access to the site with a FitPractical header in a top iframe.
• Bonus Material. There are over 60+ articles dedicated to losing fat, building muscle and general fitness that I personally wrote.

For awhile I did do some SEO work. Google shows 36 bl's, yahoo show's 2,001 bl's. As seen on one of the screenshots, it ranks for some decent keywords.


How much money has it made?
Based on the day to day traffic, the conversion ratio is probably 1:250 and that is unoptimized, I never tried critiquing the landing page (which is the free fitness profile link). The site also has only been *live* to accept members for a couple months. So there are currently only about 3 or so active members.

I also built a custom stats area for traffic and tracking leads. Leads are those who fill out the free fitness profile form. Currently there are 539 leads.

Why am I selling?
I have been very busy lately and all my time has gone into an entirely separate project with other partners. I also miscalculated my taxes last year which means I owe more this year So I need quick extra cash.

Who is the processor?
It's currently setup to use Netbilling as a gateway. But I did have it using clickbank awhile back. Whichever processor you choose to use, it should be easy to integrate. The site isn't setup using some type of elaborate annoying CMS.


I believe with some frontend optimization this site could convert well and prove to be a great money maker. It also doesn't hurt that it already has a good start SEO-wise.
