Website revenue almost depends on quality of visitor, GEO & content. I think the site is getting organic traffic but the quality of traffic very poor. Its better to have look at Google Analytics report before going to buy.

No, it is totally organic traffic, but since it is targetted to Bollywood/entertainment niche, the CPC is low.

You are right mate. Site gets organic traffic. But since Indian traffic doesn't get good CPC, the earnings are less. As you can see, the last post I made was on November 8 and I haven't been consistent in posting it but still the site makes money. So, if you want to increase the traffic or revenue, then you need to add more articles.

This site uses Google AdSense (as of Aug 4, 2016), but the seller is choosing to not disclose revenue data. Ask them why.

The traffic seems legit but is very low quality. I'm going to pass, no real money to be made here unfortunately.
