    The site, www.zenixstudios.com, is a file uploading service.

    Here are somethings you should know:

    - Gets about 5,000 unique hits a week or 600 hits a day. This means that 600 different people visit it.

    - The average number of pages per visit is 20-30 pages.
    - You will need to buy a hosting package. The web hosting does not come with it, but all files do.
    - You will get all rights to the site. Yeah, every bit.
    - I will be willing to keep managing the site. This means you can putup ads, and make money doing nothing! However, if you do not want me tomanage it, that is also fine.
    - I plan on making a Web 2.0 application to replace the current site,if you keep me as the manager, I will still make it for you.

    Unique visitors isn't 600 different people visiting your site. Unique visitors are first time visitors plus returning visitors. So you could have 500 returning and 100 first timers to get 600 uniques.

    There is no revenue as of now. I'm not a big fan of ads, but I have applied at Google (still waiting response).

    I use 1&1 and it costs about $10 a month. So about $110 a year.

    Well, I suppose it doesn't matter what the definition of it is. It just means that people visit your website a lot and this one gets about 600 a day.

    Well actually, it uses Uber Uploader for the progress bar and actual uploading. Then, my own PHP to check the file to make sure that it is a legal file extension and add a 3-character random string in the beginning. It also adds file information to the MySQL database.

    There is also an administrator panel, I'm working on it. But there is a file search page that I made where you can search for and delete files.
