Selling facebook groups?

Is it possible to sell facebook groups? And if so, how would I go about doing this?

My group isn't very big at the moment however I am just doing a bit of research into making money out of groups.

Does facebook allow people to sell groups? And how much does a group usually sell for (at e.g. 1000 members, 10,000 members, 100,000 members etc.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Depending on what your group is I may be able to get you from 3-10000 followers for about $10

 

i dont think facebook has any problems about you selling groups but you cant sell them here on DP as is against their rules to sell any kind of groups on here.

when i have bought groups in the past ive paid around $10 per 1,000 users but it will depend on the type of niche group you are selling

If you can sell them, what kind of price you get is going to depend on how you grew the membership, how much interaction there actually is, and what the niche is.

A group of 100k members that has no interaction and was grown by spamming random people, emails and personal accounts will probably hold little value to anyone, but, one that has a specific niche and a lot of group interaction may be worth something to the right person.

Personally I don't see why anyone would buy a group alone (especially since they are free to start) without a corresponding website, blog or some other kind of marketing medium, or product..but people buy things for different reasons.

 

Facebook don't allow to sell the groups,there are no rules on it so far,but don't think facebook allow it but people do it, also here at DP it is not allowed to sell the groups,I made some thread and got banned for making the threads.
