    Can you verify that you own the domain?

    Also, what type of documentation do you have for the site so that the new owner knows how to get it up and running?

    It is not running, and I am the owner, it is a good domain because it is ranking top 10 for the keyword expired domains, check out it, it has around 650 unique visits per month..
