Selling Everything - CHEAP

That's right, i'm selling everything. Given that i've decided to focus all of my efforts solely on blogs, all other sites and unnecessary assets are being disposed of. I am looking for a quick sale on the majority of this stuff, so any good offers above asking price will be accepted.

This is a 100% custom/unique social bookmarking website, similar to delicious. You can view the site live and test out all the relevant features. Traffic is minimal, as the site was never promoted, and there is no revenue because the site is not monetized.

Adult Forum and Image Host package
As per the rules, i cannot list the URL's for these sites here, however, if you would like information on them, please PM me. Traffic is reasonable for the forum, and the image host is basically for the members. Traffic stats can be provided on request. No revenue, because the site is not monetized.

The forum has experienced reasonably rapid growth, and is quite active with new members every day.

The site does include a custom theme (coded), custom logo, and the domain. The forum itself runs on vB, and you will have the option of also purchasing the license for an additional fee (owned license).

The site runs on a 100% unique flat file PHP script, that was coded by Village Idiot. The site was designed by Aftermath. The PSD for this site is NOT included as i do not have it.

I have never actively promoted the site, given that it basically exists as an easy way for me to upload.

Revenue is basically non-existent given the lack of promotion and traffic (in the region of $3 a month, basically)

This site is currently undeveloped, but it includes the design (PSD - not coded) and domain (registered at Namecheap). The idea was to run the site as a place to watch episodes of TV shows, much like the whole 'watch' sites concept, rolled into one.
