    I am looking to sell off one of my sites www.hottmyspacelayouts.net (Predicted PR4) which is currently earning $100+ per month. The site has been SEO'd and recieves constant solid traffic that comes from both search engines and link exchanges plus from people using its codes on their profiles (NO PPC or bulletins used). The site requires little to no maintenance as it currently has 1,200+ layouts, 3,000+ backgrounds, and over 4,000 other graphics to offer its visitors.

    The site comes with an admin cp that lets you manage your onsite PPC ads like adsense or YPN as well as adding and deleting layouts, backgrounds, and graphics.

    Yup need the cash for my 4yr old for christmas and I am starting another much larger project which will take all my time and so extra money for custom programming so I decided to sell hottmyspacelayouts.net for the cash to do both.

    What do you mean by clearer screenshots??? The text on them is as clear as on this forum maybe you need to click on the image to zoom in or save it to your computer and view it cause they are clear as day.

    ok the site is fixed now i was working on my new site and accidently uploaded the index file to the wrong folder. Everything is fixed now and up and running

    It uses the Myspace 250mb advanced mod and then I also purchased and added the admin mod that lets you manages all the layouts and graphics which the original script does not have.
