    Hello

    I am selling an established PTC site with around 600 members
    It ran for around seven months has an alexa of 795,999 and 461 sites linking to it

    The site is www.xtremeptc.com

    It has around 4000-5000 hits a day with over 12000 unique visits a month

    It has earned me an average of $300 so far from which the $120 was paid already and the rest is pending


    The average earnings for the last months is $40-$50 I will post proofs upon request

    The sale includes :
    -Domain name
    -Licenced script-(several script updates) worth $40
    -All website content
    -Database with members etc
    -Some tips and guidance on how to continue to earn - make the most of the site and dont just get broke


    I am selling the site cause of lack of time
