Selling Established Link Directory

I am selling the established link directory:

Powered by phpLD free version, it works fine. It is simple to upgrade to the paid version which costs $25. If you wish to upgrade to the paid version I will do the upgrade process for free once you have bought it.

Directory has been open for around 2/3 months and has 1750 links. It gets 20-30 submissions per day.

Submissions so far have been free but you are able to add sponsored/paid submissions easily using phpLD.

It was created after the latest PR update so has no PR, but according to www.dnscoop.com it has 2000+ backlinks which could get it good PR.

In december it received a total of 2161 unique visits (70 per day) and 15170 hits (489 per day).

The alexa ranking is 644,546.

If you do not know how to upload the site/ move it to your hosting then I can do this for you free of charge.
