Selling Selling entire business..software company, 38 sites some well ranked, ect.

I have a new job and I am getting out of the internet business so I am selling off all of my sites, the custom software (I own it) that I use to build instant content rich classified ad sites, and even some hosting clients.

I have a custom wordpress plugin that has never been sold on the open market. The software allows you to build niche classified ad sites like those below in less than 15 mins. The software works a lot like a autoblog except it updates our site with current listings for whatever item you want. These sites are great for adsense because with thousands of ads the sites have a lot of content and get picked up for a lot of long tail search terms. I have sold over 300 sites using this software and made over $60k in past year using it. I have kept some of the sites myself and after a few months they all start to get great traffic.

I have a great marketing program to sell the sites which works very well. You can see a lot of them have been sold on here but ebay, flippa, craigslist, and finding competing businesses in whatever niche has also worked well and so has other forums. If it takes 15 mins to build a site and you can sell it for $30 that is still $120 per hour. I will often times even give the sites away as long as the person getting the site uses my hostgator.com affiliate link to sign up for hosting (they pay $125 per site up). I had also built up a a very good hosting business with over 300 clients hosting with me (just sold it for a great profit). This can be an easy $75k a year business if you do what I have been doing. I send about 20 hours a week on the business between the sites and marketing.

That asking price includes the software, all the sites, and I will stay on and help you till you have earn 100% of your investment back and then you are on your own. If you are not lazy you can earn a full time living with this or just set up a site and sell the software. I have spent about 2 years on this project and it is time to move one to something else. does the plugin gather its listings from craigslist or other?

I would be interested in buying sites with adsense income.

I would be interested in potential partnerships if it makes financial sense.

In short, I'm interested in purchasing things that pay long term dividends where it makes sense.

 

Unless your are paying a premium I am nor going to interested in selling the sites one by one at this time. I can find 20 buyers a day looking for the get rich quick sites like the adsense sites selling for six months revenues . I would rather sell them together
