Hi People, I would like to know if writing eBooks and sell them actually works.

Also, what would you think if the prize its too expensive or too cheap?

For example, I, dont pretend to make thousands of dollars with them. The eBook will be about Internet Money Making and New an innovative Marketing techniques for websites.

How should I base the price of my ebook?

Ebooks are still good source of income if you have catching and interesting titles...and of course contents.

They can be a great source of quick income. One of the best things that can be done though is to use short reports that you sell for a few dollars and use the Rapid Action Profits or $7 Secrets script to sell them and offer 100% commission to affiliates. If you have a decent report, you can add hundreds to your email list in a hurry.

Or you can build up a series of small reports on similar subjects and sell them as one product for more money.

If it's a good book, don't underprice it or nobody will buy it. People don't put value on cheap things. If it is at least 15 pages, price it 20$+

You should always do research on your Niche before starting to write an ebook. Make sure there is a market out there for the product you are offering and also that the Niche is not over saturated with content.

Create good content and never be tempted to simply "copy & paste" content from another source. Aim for around 30-40 pages and get someone to check it over before releasing it. I'd go for a price around $30-$50 depending on the market.

    Hope this helps! :)

I'll second the price advice. My cooking site has an e-book I barely promote, and it sells better when the price is over $20, than when it's $4.99. People want to believe they are getting something of value, and a higher price will "tell" them that intuitively.
