did anybody use ebay to sell ebooks? is it possible to get rid of them? so is there a market. thinking about selling ebooks via ebay but wanted to ask for some experiences first
I haven't done it myself, but the last I heard, they don't allow you to sell digital products (including ebooks) directy. You have to place the files on a cd and ship them to the buyer. Not sure if this is still the case.
it's possible to buy domains on there and you can't sell them via cd as far as I know so it should be possible to sell ebooks I guess. but that's why I'm asking you
I understand what you're saying. I was referring to the fact that Ebay specifically banned digital products like ebooks a few months back. You can read more about it here: http://internet.suite101.com/article.cfm/ebooks_banned_from_ebay From my understadning, you can still sell them, but you have to send it to the buyer on a cd.
Why sell at ebay?Their fee is too high.I think you should try other method such as clickbank or ejunkies.
eBay has banned selling ebooks as with digital delivery. You can sell them via shipping them via CD. However, they are also limiting the amount you can charge for shipping on many items including CD's. That will be starting very soon, they have warned all their big sellers about it. eBay is making it impossible for it's sellers to make money. I would recommend Amazon. Steven
If one can't sell ebooks on eBay, then why is it not forbidden on eBay's policies? Perhaps I didn't look enough, but the only digital anything I found that wasn't allowed was music. Also, if eBay won't allow the sale of ebooks, then why do both E-Junkie and Payloadz say you can. I'd seen the same news about eBay not allowing it anymore, but it's been some time now. I'd think that eBay, E-Junkie, and Payloadz would have changed their policies, FAQs, etc. So, can anyone tell me why this is the way this is said to be rather than what it appears to be? (or somesuch)
