Selling Domains / Domain Appraisal?

    Hi all,

    I have a few domains but really only 1 that may be worth a little, I've used a few domain appraisal sites but they are all over the place ranging from $1500 - $29,000?

    The other issue is where to sell to get the most visibility and also some of the popular places have high end of sale fee?

    I too am interested in finding the website which gives good visibility to the listing.
    I am currently selling on Dan.com very bad visibility for short domains.
    I am thinking that if Dan.com listed Dan.com on Dan.com, then it would never sell.
    Nobody's going to search "dan" in their domain search box, will they?
    I got some really nice short domains but no visibility at Dan.

    I know the site, never tried selling on dan, I might even just put up a ‘For-Sale Make Offer’ form on site to see if I get any interest.

    Am thinking about listing domains on GoDaddy but their bad reputation in everything is kind of stopping me.
    Not sure if they use escrow once domain sale is made.

    Never used godaddy, you would think it would be simple and easy to sell a domain considering all of the good meaningful ones have gone! Hope you find somewhere.

    I've tried Dan.com before, support is great and my domains did eventually sell. It would depend on the domain name, you can try sites like BrandBucket, Flippa or Sedo. Domain appraisal sites are useless.
