    I just don't have the time and interest anymore to keep the project going.

    It comes with valid phpld 3.2 license (Worth 30$) and domain name isn't expired for about 11 months. Also comes with all images seen on website.

    I have personally purchased multiple permanent backlinks to help with pagerank that will remain for whoever buys.

    Buyer will get back up files, image files, and domain pushed on namecheap.com.
